Excited to share that we’ve begun laying the foundations for the final building in our flagship student housing project in Warsaw! Last week we had the pleasure to have all teams on site for a symbolic ceremony with the key high officials from Xior, Solida, Skanska, our advisors, our lead architects, and Supervision. On this date we laid down on the foundations of building C a time capsule with a short text for posterity!
With everything on track, we’re looking forward to welcoming students in September 2025.
