Solida Capital and Xior Student Housing have officially opened Wenedów Hotel, their first joint venture development in Poland. Located at ul. Wenedów in Warsaw’s central Śródmieście district, near the Old Town and the University of Warsaw campus, the project marks Xior’s flagship residence in the country.
Construction began in Q2 2023 and was completed on schedule after 23 months. Developed by Solida Capital Europe in partnership with Xior, the project was delivered by general contractor Skanska S.A., with architectural design by Kazimierski & Ryba and technical supervision from TPF and MJL.
Wenedów offers 404 rooms in a modern co-living environment, designed to provide students and young professionals with high comfort and convenience. Amenities include a café, shops, gym, and numerous shared community spaces. The three-block complex is connected by a distinctive staircase inspired by Rome’s Spanish Steps and has been developed in line with BREEAM sustainability standards.
